Joan Glick, our Director of Student Services, has a favorite saying: "We meet the child where they are." Each child is loved at Saint Mark's for their uniqueness. We embrace the unique and offer support as needed.
Learning differences
Student Academic Success Services (SASS) is a comprehensive program available to students with learning differences. Saint Mark's vision of "nurturing the potential in every student" ensures that your child has the support needed to create a love of learning. We will work hand in hand with you to devise an individualized plan for support. We offer a variety of services on property, including speech therapy, occupational therapy and reading specialists.

Social-Emotional
The social - emotional wellbeing of our students is a large part of our commitment to nurturing the whole child. The Student Services program includes:
Individual sessions with students and parents.
Social-emotional support training for teachers and parents.
Peer group discussions are led and cover empathy, stress management, bullying, anxiety and self-esteem.
Many of our parent seminars also contain a student component which can lead to open discussions between parent and child on key topics that face our children today.
